Ronald J. Consiglio Joins Board of Directors

Natrol, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTOL), a manufacturer and marketer of branded dietary supplements, announced that Ronald J. Consiglio has joined the Company's Board of Directors as board member as well as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

CHATSWORTH, Calif. ö(BUSINESS WIRE) - May 13, 2003 - Natrol, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTOL), a manufacturer and marketer of branded dietary supplements, announced that Ronald J. Consiglio has joined the Company's Board of Directors as board member as well as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Consiglio has held the positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Trading Edge, Inc., a national automated bond trading firm; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Angeles Mortgage Investment Trust; Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cantor Fitzgerald & Co.; and Senior Vice President of Wedbush Morgan Securities (formerly Morgan, Olmstead, Kennedy & Gardner Capital Corporation).
