Just purchased the 10 mg fast dissolve strawberry formula from Publix 2 days ago. I am finally sleeping 8 hours again. Nothing short of a miracle. I'm going through menopause and used to have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Before I started taking this product, there were nights was not able to fall asleep at all. I used to be exhausted each day until I found this product. I'm beyond grateful because I know sleep well on a regular basis. Highy recommend the 10 mg formula. The tablet is small and I suck on it a bit and let it dissolve in my mouth. I also place a little under my tongue for faster absorption into the blood stream. No sidr effects yet from this formula.
